I know that, and that's a little bit different. I try as much as I can to avoid that by shopping at local business that make their own products but just living in the modern world makes it impossible to avoid *completely*. Fast food is an entirely different matter. You do not need fast food to live. If for some reason CFA was the only food available then that would be a completely different situation but when there are many, many other options? No.
