12. I'm a fan of the manga, and it was incredibly disappointing to websurf for information on it and find nothing but j-drama stuff. There is next to no fanfic in manga continuity. I feel what you're saying -- it's not elitist to want your niche of fandom back.
15. Not being a fan of the YA novel, I looked up this book's Wiki article when secrets about it repeatedly showed up here. The second sentence I read was, "The story is about seventeen-year-old Isabella Swan..."
I stopped reading after that. Sorry, Stephenie Meyer.
28. Yeah, but the point of a film is up to interpretation, isn't it? Even if you're sure that you got the message, even if this is, in fact, the director's stated intention, there are still going to be people choosing to take away different things from it, especially if the film in question is emotionally layered like Eternal Sunshine.
