Have you seen him pre-beard? He pretty much had to grow it.

I liked him pre-beard. I wonder if he grew it so people would stop mistaking him for Mark.

OP here. Yes, I've seen him pre-beard (been religiously watching almost everything he's ever been in), I liked him before but now he's super hot.

I'm wondering which of the, like, 15 people I know who could have written this secret actually did. Which is to say that you're not alone.

Go for it! Shameless self-insert David Mitchell fic is so much fun to read. I get quite a bit of it on my tumblr dash because I follow someone who reblogs a lot of it. I don't see as much David/Lee RPF but I know it's out there and I'm sure a lot of people would be happy to read more.

I would do it if Mary-Sue and self-insert fics didn't squick me. :D I've read a few David/Lee RPF but there's so little of it. (if you have links gimme! though not on AO3, I've read those)

Well David Mitchell and Lee Mack arguing on Would I lie to you is some of the funniest moments in British panel shows, so I get it?

Though Jon Richardson and Sean Lock have a similar dynamic and I love them too, actually tbh I could just watch those four, with David and Jon on one team and Lee and Sean on another in whatever kind of show with Jimmy Carr and Rob Brydon hosting.

Haha, glad you get it! :D I don't know Sean, but I've seen Jon once on Graham Norton and WILTY, he's great. :) David and Lee need to do more stuff. Would love to see them in Big Fat Quiz this year, that'd be hilarious. Plus Jimmy Carr's laugh! :D

You really should watch 8 out of 10 cats! It is awesome! Especially after Jon joins! Basically every episode is on youtube...
