I can't really think of any offhand, except for the agegap in FLCL (but that's not really "older" in the sense you mean), but at times it feels like I slip into this weird twilight zone of television programming and manga tags that have nothing but older woman/young boy relationships in them.

They don't stick with me much, so I don't remember many names, but outside of the scope of big titles, I actually don't think it's all that terribly uncommon?

the video game Sakura Taisen (V) So Long My Love, features a lot of parings where the woman is seemingly more mature than the guy... He's legal, and there isn't actually huge differences in the characters ages but in terms of characterization two of the women (and the one gender queer character) dress/act a lot more mature than he does.
