As someone who hasn't read the manga in years... wow. I should go read a summary or something.

Yeah, it gets worse. Mikan's time traveling teacher takes them all back in time to see what happened to Mikan's parents. (For some reason Reo is no where to be found, despite being Narumi's friend and apparently they had thin cellphones in the 80's!) After this happens there's this huge fight, Yuka is killed and Mikan is held hostage by the ESP, since she can steal the alice stones out of his body. Okay, here's where it gets really weird...

The ESP's alice is cloning. He has a ton of clones of himself, one of them runs Z. (The group Yuka worked for) The MSP is Mikan's uncle, on her father's side. He allows Natsume to find Mikan during Christmas (She's held behind a barrier) Natsume asks Mikan to kiss him, which she does eventually. He then asks her to confess to him, and he confesses to her afterwards. She gives him an alice stone she had made and he tells her that they're fiancéd now forever. (It's a really cute few chapters)

Eventually there's another huge fight and Mikan escapes. The LSP is subdued and Luna, having changed sides like Persona, stops him and promises she'll stay with him for the rest of his life. Natsume is killed during this, though, and Hotaru begs the TT teacher to help her go back in time to save Natsume, because Mikan couldn't handle losing him too. She saves him in the past, and there's this law about if you change the past you're taken out of it, or something. Her brother helps heal him and says he's going to stay with her.

Mikan's alices have run out, so she is told she has to leave the school. She does and has her memories wiped. She's not sixteen and 'foreigners' are kidnapping girls/looking for Mikan (For...I don't know why, she has no memories+no alices anymore) Natsume, Narumi, and Goshima save her and the chapter ends.
