Sir and ma'am are just courtesy words. WTH is the problem with them? i've never understood people getting the ass over them.

Then again: born and raised in Florida. Dad from Tenn. Mom from NJ, I have no accent unless I am mad as hell and then it is the slowest Southern accent I can manage. :D

I'm moving to another state where I can be mad all the time and I'll sound like everybody else then.
