"A Study in Pink" was the worst--even Luther managed to figure out his serial killer was a cabbie. I thought the way it was handled in the pilot made far more sense.

It makes it even worse, in "Study Of Pink", because they go so far to hammer it in what's going on - they might as well have put a flashing sign on the screen saying "THE CABBIE DID IT". I mean, it's ludicrous how much the draw the scene out, with him coming in the cab outside - it lasts about five minutes, with Sherlock frantically asking "WHO COULD IT HAVE BEEN" over and over and over again while the guy is just standing there waving. It's just absurd.
