Thirsty?
And also, do you drink water with ice or without it? (I've been told a ton of ice with water is much more of an American thing than for anyplace else.) So, the added question to go along with the ice cube query is, what country are you from?

(Anonymous) 2013-06-05 11:38 pm (UTC)(link)And I never add ice to my water. It's too cold! (France)
water
(Anonymous) 2013-06-05 11:39 pm (UTC)(link)Re: Thirsty?
I don't take ice because they freeze my teeth. If I want cold water I just take stuff chilled from the fridge. tbh I rarely see people put ice in their water.
Re: Thirsty?
If it's very very hot, and I want to cool down more than I want a drink, I might have a glass of ice cubes (with a bit of water to stop them sticking together) but that would be ice with water, not water with ice.
I'm Australian.
Re: Thirsty?
(Anonymous) 2013-06-05 11:41 pm (UTC)(link)I don't usually put ice cubes in my water when I'm drinking it unless it's an extremely, extremely hot day, but I'm familiar with the practice, and I am from the USA.

Re: Thirsty?
As for Ice, I enjoy a good amount of ice if I'm not paying a lot for it like a fast food place.

Re: Thirsty?
If I'm sort of thirsty but lounging instead of walking around, I'd go for lemonade. Or a cocktail. A nice, frozen cocktail.
I need a margarita.

Re: Thirsty?
I don't drink a lot of water, but water's the only thing I'll drink with ice in it at all willingly--but just a bit, and preferably crushed, not cubed. Canada.

Re: Thirsty?
I put ice in water if there's an ice-dispensing machine, if not I just drink the water without it. Yes, I am super lazy. Though, this is partially because I don't like the taste of ice that has been sitting in the freezer, and usually find that I don't notice the taste as badly if I get it out of the ice-dispenser.
And I'm American.

Re: Thirsty?
(Anonymous) 2013-06-06 12:55 am (UTC)(link)I keep some refrigerated so it's always cold, putting ice in it depends. If it isn't refrigerated I always want ice in it, about half the glass-full so I can keep pouring water over it and watch it melt and so my water is super cold.
From the US.
Re: Thirsty?
(Anonymous) 2013-06-06 12:56 am (UTC)(link)And yes, I'm American. I love ice in my cold drinks.
Re: Thirsty?
(Anonymous) 2013-06-06 01:18 am (UTC)(link)I always add exactly two ice cubes to my water. I'm American.
Re: Thirsty?
If I want a really yummy drink, iced tea and lemonade is my favorite. I'm also really bad about drinking too much diet soda; I just love it too much. I could also go for a beer right now.
