CAT MOM - update!

Possibly the last update, unless something else happens. Winnie had to have a Cesarian after delivering five premature kittens (who are being fostered with two other new cat-moms).

The last two kittens were delivered still-born. Winnie's going to be in the vet care for a few more days, and has been on an IV since she wasn't eating or drinking.

Sorry to hear that the last two kitties were still-born. I really hope Winnie will feel better soon, and that she'll find a good home. Thanks for keeping us updated!

Me too! It's really too bad she was so sick. But the foster-cat-moms seem to be taking to them perfectly well, so i think they'll be fine.

:( I'd been hoping the last two kittens would make it. I'm still pulling for mama and the remaining kittens; hopefully Winnie will start being interested in food again soon.

Thank you for the update! Really sad about the last two kittens, but I'm glad there were survivors and I hope the remaining kits and Winne stay strong and get stronger. Bless you all (including the foster cat moms)!

You're welcome! At least she was around people when this happened - it would have been horrible if she'd still been a 'stray' when this happened.
