some people whatever they post like a pic or make a text post they always have the REPLY button. I wonder how they do it. Can someone help me?

They have to click a box:

>Settings (the gear)
>Your blog name (will be in a list on the left)
> Check 'Allow replies from people you know'.

You can enable 'Allow replies from people I follow' and 'Allow replies from people who have followed me for over 2 weeks', but these buttons only appear when it's an original post, not a reblog.

Is that what you mean?

You have to enable photo replies on a pic post and text posts only allow replies if the post ends with a question mark.
