Maybe you just know a bunch of assholes, and the video games are a non-factor.

Except none of the men I work with who don't play video games are like that. And every gamer is. Out of approximately 150 men in their 30s and 40s at my workplace, it's the approximately 25 gamers who exclusively embody those traits.

Are they though? NAYRT, btw but do you think video games give them the licence and encouragement to escape their real life obligations? Would they still be arseholes in a world without videogames? Where would they escape to?

I agree with you, btw, but you know, devils advocate is a fun game, too.
