What you might want to do is comment on the bracelet without letting her know that you suspect what it means. Whether she's a lesbian or not, she'll probably be uncomfortable if she thinks you're accusing her, especially if she doesn't know you're also gay. I'd start off with something like "hey, nice bracelet" and see if she opens up about it.
