I think you should totally talk to her next time you see her and eventually try to subtly work in the fact that you're into the ladies (like if she mentions a restaurant or something you enjoy, say something like "Oh, my ex-girlfriend and I used to go there all the time!" or whatever).

on a side note, it makes me kind of sad that seeing someone with a rainbow bracelet is the closest you've come to meeting another lesbian in your town. I guess I take all of the lesbians in my city for granted
