It exists. My sister and I were watching Tangled, got on the topic of fandom, and I searched for Tangled stuff.

I'd read it too (in fact, I have read a short fic for them that a friend wrote). I do love dark things, after all. The dynamic between them is quite interesting to explore from the perspective that it involves a romantic/sexual aspect. (Stockholm Syndrome ahoy!)

Having a random desire for something fictional that you *know* is creepy seems to me like it would be a lot less upsetting than the people who claim Gothel isn't abusive because she isn't physically abusive.
