Spending as much time outdoors as I can. The weather is finally warming up and the sun is finally trying to shine!

How about yourself?

The weather here can't decide what it wants to be day to day but I've been enjoying the couple of hours we get in mornings/late evenings that are quite pleasant. :)

I'm... doing some more RL leveling up?

I'm getting over the flu. But other than that, everything is hunkey-dorie. I am even eating Banana Chocolate Swirl gelato.

Aw. Hope you get better fast! Last time I was sick I tried that eating marshmallows to relieve a sore throat and it actually helped without leaving that nasty cough drop aftertaste. :)

I've never had gelato but I do like bananas and chocolate!

Yeah, I just learned that marshmallow trick today. (I wish I bought plain vanilla ones though. No, I had to go for the interesting caramel-vanilla ones. Too sweet.)

The gelato isn't that bad. It's another thing that's a bit too sweet. But I don't know if it's the virus messing up with my tastebuds. Sometimes when I am sick, they act weird. Like I won't be able to taste sweet things or sweets will taste too sweet.

Recovering from a knee injury. My cat puked on the floor and I didn't notice it until I'd already slipped and sprained my left knee. :/

That was Thursday, I spent the weekend on the couch with my legged propped up, playing Thief on my computer. My knee finally felt well enough for me to go back to work today. And I bought a strawberry smoothie after work.

So I'm doing pretty good, actually!

You sprained your knee slipping in cat puke? I'm trying not to laugh at how unfortunate you seem but I'm laughing a little. Sorry! XD

I cleaned my sock drawer today! I live a life of adventure and excitement.

I can say my sock drawer is already clean! Pristine even! ~~Because all my socks are in my laundry basket.~~

I have a headache and I'm starting my teaching assistantship tomorrow. And I am hungry so I am probably going to eat like 3 cookies.

Aw, hopefully it's a hunger headache? And good luck with tomorrow! Are you excited or nervous or nervited?

Hey! I'm planning on attending Liberty Fest in OKC again this year! And I hear you on the heat. I was supposed to do things with my day off and I did... if laying around not doing things counts as doing something?

I went for a walk and realised for the first time (at the age of 28) that I walk funny and that's why the outer edges of my feet get so sore. So I'm vaguely annoyed right now. Hi!

I'm yelling at Playstation emulators and I played through Duke Nukem Forever over the weekend (verdict: not as bad as everyone says it is, not good enough for frequent replays, and you kind of have to have been a Duke fan to begin with to be okay with/ignore much of its humor)

I had been re-playing Halo with a guy I was dating but now we're broken up and I realized a long time ago anything more intense than social gaming is nagl on me. You could say I just don't have time to play with myself. :P

Which reminds me... do you think Defiance is worth watching if I don't intend on participating in the MMORPG? I feel like I remember you saying something about it.

I've got a house inspection coming up, so I cleaned over the weekend and bought a bunch of toys to bribe the pets with so they don't make a mess.

I watched the pilot episode of sherlock and now I'm divided. Watson seemed cool, but I spent the entire time wanting to slap Sherlock's smug off. Also the fandom has kinda D: it for me, with all their posts. Also I didn't like sherlock, does he get better?

No? He gets maybe a little more interesting and fleshed-out but if you had a negative first impression I doubt it will get better. I'm also not sure you're supposed to like him so much as be exasperatingly entertained by him?

Ooh, yes! When is your due date? Did you ever decide on a name? I remember a thread you were in about baby names but I can't remember a definite? Gah. I am so absent-minded and out of the loop! :/

I passed my pharmacy tech exam (should get verification in 1-3 weeks) and am getting over a cold that knocked me out last week. If being sick to the point of chills and delirium is bad, being that sick while taking trains from Pennsylvania to Connecticut is that much worse.

I missed you as well.
