I loved it. It's got some flaws, is a chore to watch the first time (half of the season just doesn't make much sense without the other hand), but it's still so clever, so layered with brilliant jokes and it's darker and weirder than ever.

Gob's episodes made my LIFE.

I recommend all the discussions happening on The AV Club regarding it. They're reviewing two eps per week, plus there's a complete fourth season review up as well, under which people are commenting with their take on the season as a whole. Good stuff.

Yeah, for almost the first half I was pretty unsure and not really sure what to think of it, but definitely by the halfway mark things had come together and it got pretty awesome. I mean, the format was definitely different but the writing was brilliant imo...I loved watching the way the pieces kind of fell into place as the episodes went on.

I loved Gob's episodes! I can't remember seeing anything similar to his storyline on another show/movie, and it'll be interesting to see where it goes if they continue with a movie or another season like they've talked about (and hopefully they will!).

I'll have to check that out, thanks!
