Why is that the only reason you are proud of your country? That's pretty sad... My country is not known for anything special, really, but I'm still proud of it. There is nothing wrong with being proud of your country!

OP I had friends who lived in Switzerland and I really loved it. Such a nice country, and a really great standard of living. I do get what you mean about the lack of cultural output, which I have no idea about as I've only ever been as a visitor.

I feel meh about Federer because I find this trend of sports people living in Dubai, tax haven with such awful oppressive laws, all a bit cynical.
