Even in the books, wasn't there lots of speculation that Marg was banging her cousins? Or am I misremembering? Then again, I'm pretty sure it came from Cersei's chapters, so it probably wasn't the most reliable narration.

Maybe. I'm still in the middle of Feast for Crows, so right now Cersei's just being all "RAWR JON SNOW MUST DIE GET RID OF HIM" and trying to get someone to bang Margery so she can be... shunned? Or something?
