Gendered prnouns

ok so, someone being okay with "gendered pronouns" means...they're okay with being called she/he both? as they don't specify? or does it mean they'd prefer gender neutral like "they"? or.. or... i dunno i really don't want to offend them ;-; also they're cool and i like them and don't want to look stupid in front of them by asking for yet more clarification
(had already asked clarification on the name as wasnt sure how to pronounce it (male style i guess) )

If they're okay with gendered pronouns then you can use "normal" pronouns like she/he/him/her/etc.

If they were NOT okay with gendered pronouns then you would use neutral words.

I think that means they're okay with he or she. Maybe see how other people address them and how they react?
