I am disturbed by the lack of Bones fic. :<

But yes, I have noticed how so many fics are very OOC Kirk/Khan (at least on the kink meme).

lol I didn't make them. Khan/Kirk = Khirk, Kirk/Spock = Spirk or Kock (I've seen spork too), Scotty/Uhura = Uhotty, and Spock/Uhura = Spuhura. I hate the mashup names but it's easy to find pairing stuff on tumblr because that's what people tag things with.

I guess you've been following AO3? I feel like I see Kirk/Bones pretty regularly. (But then again I don't actually read it so maybe I'm mostly seeing the same stories being updated. I have seen some Kirk/Bones post Into Darkness one-shots but I'm not sure how many. I never see Bones/Spock without Kirk involved so I'm guessing that pairing just isn't popular in movieverse.)

If you're talking about lack of Bones centered fic then I rarely see character centric fic in this fandom anyway tbh; just pairings. IDK if I'm somehow missing it or it doesn't exist. :/

There has not been a lot of Bones/Kirk (but I generally only look at Finished). I have not seen many Bones-centric AT ALL. And I have been through all the Ao3. I got about 10 Bones/Spock fics.

Sorry. :( Maybe given time you'll have more to choose from. Right now I'm reading a ton of Kirk/Spock WIP fics and I told myself I wasn't going to do that after X-Men: First Class fandom. I'm weak...

Guess you could always prompt more at the kink meme, but the meme doesn't seem to be getting much action right now.

What, seriously? :( I haven't seen the movie yet so I haven't been looking at the fics...but that's disappointing. K/B was a bigger ship than K/S after the first movie! What happened? I'm assuming the Cumberbatch fans have been saturated with K/S so they write Spock more (I've noticed a correlation between the fans of each).
