... he's a pre-RE5 Chris clone and there's no substance of him beyond being the good foil to drunk, bonehead Chris. He's also something of a Gray Stu. He's the best sniper in the BSAA and, oh, he's apparently the best driver, too? I seem to recall in his file that he was also in the top of his class or something. If he hadn't died, he would have achieved blatant Gray Stu status by taking Chris' place. His only saving grace is that he died.

Whoa whoa whaaaat..... pre-RE5 clone? Piers is a former alcoholic who washed out of the army and joined the police, only to develop an unhealthy obsession with his former boss-turned-cartoonish villain who's only friend is his sister? Shit, I missed all that in RE6 - when did it come up? ;p

Seriously though, I took the "best driver in the BSAA" comment as bragging, not a fact statement like the BSAA has a driving course rigged up and they time each other on the off chance they get into a car chase. Either way, the dude I was playing co-op with is... ...uh... definitely not the best driver in anything after the third grade, so Piers' "I'm the best driver!" comment was followed up by him crashing repeatedly when I played it.

Besides, Jill's bio says she was part of SFOD-D which doesn't and never has accepted women. That's pretty Sue-tastic right there but nobody says much about it.

Errr.... nayrt, but how is that a jab at Jill? In her background she was in Delta, and Delta's never accepted women. "The only woman ever in (super special elite organization)" is a preeeety commonly acknowled sue trait. o_O

Not that I think Jill is Sue, but really, being "the best at X" just makes Piers like the rest of the cast, if anything.
