I don't understand how fangirls see this. It just isn't there. It's NEVER there in any show. A show I watch religiously (guess which one?) just had a character come out to a crush only to get shot down and I know that's not leading to any kind of romance.

That said, I still like the idea of the pairing and I like that it's popular.

I also like that a real gay romance is coming on the show, though it might be cut short because I'm pretty sure one of the paired characters is going to be dead by the end of the season.

You know how a lot of them see it? The dudes are hot and they have a harmlessly antagonist relationship. That's something a lot of people like, fangirls and fanboys alike (because omg Teen Wolf and Sterek has actually ~gay men~ who enjoy it, not just fangirls).

Man, I thought your secret just had some unfortunate phrasing but nope, you seem to actually have a chip on your shoulder because women enjoy slash.
