I used to climb into a (very small) closet close the door and curl up when particularly depressed. Don't know why it helped but it did. And yeah, never did anything like that as a child. Honestly? If I fit under my bed I'd probably consider doing that too.

i did this too

under my bed wasn't spacious enough to wiggle in and was too dusty
