I am not sure about indoor stages but I know outdoor stages are designed to stand up to high velocity wind/rain and other types of extreme weather so they are relatively sturdy. One person climbing on them is unlikely to be an issue.

Those are entirely different calculations to consider, though. Outside force =/= inside force.

They are related forces though. Also if it's properly built to handle outside weather it should be strong enough withstand climbing from one human.
