Anon from above, and there generally aren't a lot of SJ-specific comms. I see no problem with not being 100% positive and saying that you didn't like something that was said or done or a certain aspect of canon. Unless the rules of a community specifically state that you can only say positive things, then the community is there for discussion.

If someone posts wanting people's reactions to a new episode of a show, for example, then people who disliked parts of that episode or the entire episode (for SJ reasons or otherwise) should be able to say that in the community. It's dicky if they specifically reply to someone who comments saying they like the episode (or a character, writer, storyline, whatever) to tell them that they're wrong and try to make them "see the light", so to speak, but if they just post a general comment about why they didn't like it, I don't see any problem with that. If someone's being wanky and says that they can't understand how anyone else could like x and that anyone who does is wrong, -ist, watching a different show, etc., then that's wanky. But simply stating a dislike for something is not, just like someone saying they liked something isn`t inherently implying that everyone needs to like that thing in exactly the same way.

Opinions differ and people react to things differently. The point is to not be a dick to people with other opinions. And fwiw, I've seen people get up in arms over people saying that they didn't like any element of a canon, regardless of whether or not their dislike was couched in SJ issues. If they don't want to hear negative reactions, that's fine, but not everyone is going to love 100% of everything all the time, and as a fan of something, it's sometimes nice to be able to discuss what you don't enjoy about a particular thing, as well as discussing what you do enjoy. Simply saying "I didn't like x because of reasons a, b, and c" isn't automatically trying to dictate how other people should react to a show, either.
