I can't follow someone on twitter until they're one shy of a round number. I'll spare you the details of managing how many people I follow on, but let's just say that isn't easy to find 10 interesting accounts that are one follower shy of a round number.

What happens when they gain or lose followers? Do you keep a constant eye on that or is this only related to when you choose to follow, and afterwards it's all good.
