Dressmakers actually produce imitations of popular wedding dresses (like those worn by Princess Di and Duchess Kate) because people ask for "something like the one that [person] had." I'm not specifically aware of this being done with movie wedding gowns, but given a popular enough movie with a memorable wedding scene and I'm sure it's happened.

As to whether any of the guests notice, I don't know...

(I'm a costumer/cosplayer, so I pay attention to these things, but would only notice if it was from a movie I've seen with costumes I liked enough to study.)
