Had a bit of a skin cancer scare and to be safe, I want to get an appointment with the dermatologist - but my anxiety gets in the way. I really need to call tomorrow and I probably will, but damn, it's hard. I really wish I'd be over and done with it. Also, I hate going to the doctor, especially when I need to dress down to almost nothing even though I'm perfectly aware that they see much worse on a daily basis. Still, sooo uncomfortable.

What things do you wish you'd already done?

Just try and think about how relieved and proud you'll be after you get around to calling and going. I try to focus on that when I'm having anxiety about something I know needs to be done but can't seem to get it done. Good luck!

I wish I could have already opened and read and dealt with the letter I just got from the DMV. God, the anxiety... I'm not even in the same state as home right now, so it's going to be hanging over me for days. ;_____;

I guess there is no way someone else could open/scan/mail it to you? That really sucks. I hope time passes as quickly as possible for you until you can open that letter.

I'll be able to open it myself in a few days. I could have my sister read it to me right now, but I don't want anyone else to see my shaaaaame D: /hides in a corner

I'm moving back in with my parents in August and I wish I was over and done with it. I hate moving. :\
