I tried contacts in high school, but they didn't work out so well. It took over 15min for the optometrist to get the one in my eye since they refused to stay open, and when he gave me the other one to put it, I tried for half an hour before finally giving up. My eyes were all red and puffy for the rest of the day out of some twisted revenge for putting them through such tortures.

Also I don't really mind my glasses since I've been wearing them for... 13 years now? Damn. I've got the lowest prescription out of every one I know and it hasn't changed for nearly 10 years, so I'm pretty alright with it. I think I might try and get laser surgery done 20-30 years from now when my other vision starts to go. Who knows, by then, all I might have to do is take a pill and they'll magically be better.
