I am so freaked out right now (Possible TMI)

Okay, so I was pushing around my areolas tonight, trying to figured out if my nipples are inverted or not, when one of them expressed a drop of blood. My nipple is not cracked or chapped, this was totally bright red to deep red blood straight out of a nipple duct. Out of morbid curiosity I repeated it several times and it happened every time I pressed on a certain part of my areola and watching it was kind of nauseating and I am so freaked out I'm crying a little even though the internet tells me the most likely cause is a benign intraductal papilloma or so.

I just had to get that off my chest (HAHA why) because everyone I know is asleep. How am I supposed to sleep now? Auuugh.

There's nothing you can do about it now, so there's no use wasting energy over worrying about something like that.

If it's stressing you out, make an appointment to see your GP tomorrow.

Also, you would know if your nipples were inverted or not without having to push on them. When my nipples are relaxed they don't poke out at all. I hate having inverted nipples for aesthetic reasons. It's also really embarrassing to me.
