People also write asinine essays on why certain non-canon relationships are valid readings of a text... how is this all that different?

uh, writing asinine essays about relationship context is one thing. but saying you think L is autistic is just fucking dumb, unfortunately. not if you know what the condition is actually like.

it's different because one thing concerns, you know, just romantic feelings. the other concerns actual medical conditions and treating such things as fad-ish or trendy is just ... pure asshattery.
