I should have thought of that when I wore my cap and gown. :) would have made it a lot less boring. (There was ~1100 people who graduated that day and my friends are either in different colleges or didn't go)

But...Time Lords were stuffy corrupt elitist dickwads and the Doctor only ever dressed up in traditional clothes in order to pull a gambit to defeat a villain.

I mean, it's still cool and all, but it's not exactly what I'd want to be thinking about when I was graduating.

(Not that I went to mine... "just gimme my degrees". Maybe the stuffy elitism of graduation ceremonies would have been more appealing had I considered pretending to oversee the universe.)
