Yes, and it's always seen from Dean's POV, and it's all about poor Dean, stuck taking care of Sam again.

I'd say it started in S4, Ep 1, when Sam didn't even show up until halfway through the episode. I don't think it's a coincidence that the ratings dropped in S4 and never recovered.

Season 4 had the same number of viewers as Season 2. It also had a much higher rank and rating...
