He can't be a clone of Rusty, they look nothing alike.

Half-brother is a possibility. Of course, the Monarch's mom could have been related to Jonas Sr. And Quyem is not related to Rusty, at all, it was never implied.

You're joking, right? She has twins, her father isn't straight, they showed her mother and Jonas together, it was heavily implied.

The only thing I got was they had crushes on each other as kids and Jonas was a shitty dad and seduced a bunch of women (which we already knew). Also Rusty had fraternal twins and Quyem had identical twins, it doesn't mean anything.
