If someone is passionate enough about a pairing to argue with (or scream at) other people over their personal preferences then I'm pretty sure an orgy isn't going to solve anything.

Plus, not all people like orgies. (I feel like such a buzzkill saying this for some reason, but it's true!)

I don't get into shipping wars, but I don't like the idea of my otp having a threesome, let alone being in an orgy

not to mention for a lot of characters it'd be pretty ooc

If you like orgies that all fine and well, but... I just wish this "orgies are the solution" trend just stopped.

The pretentiousness gets really tiresome after awhile.

I enjoy Everyone/Everyone - but on a pairing, or occasionally three-some, basis.

For some reason this secret reminds me of that one scene in Mean Girls with the girl who says she wants to bake a cake made of rainbows and smiles so everyone can eat it and be happy.

I might be a minority (?) but I think orgies are really boring. I love a good Ménage à trois, it's my most preferred constellation for most of Hetalia pairings, but everything that goes over four involved characters is too confusing and too tedious for me. Also I suck at imaging a good portion of the characters open to group sex.

But I also hate ship wars. Especially in this fandom. I think the most pathetic are France/UK vs America/UK and Germany/Italy vs Germany/Prussia beause - in my experience - they have the most character bashing.

I think orgies are boring too. I like everyone/everyone but... not all at once.

I too find orgies boring, but that's because the appeal of fanfiction sex is the characterization, imo. Get more than three people having sex, and it's just a blur of penises and vaginas, and that's not interesting to me at all. :/

I don't participate in ship wars, but I'm glad they exist--nothing is worse than a fandom dominated by one pairing.

Sometimes I think the best way to resolve Shipping Wars is to shove all the characters in a room together and let them have a good old-fashioned orgy. Everyone X Everyone???

Not really know. It might amuse some people but...honestly? Someone whose willing to fight over fictional relationships probably will just cause more wank if that happened.

Also, I'll admit I'm a little tired of the whole 'ORGIES WOULD SOLVE IT ALL' thing people seem to go to. It wouldn't...and yeah. I'm a little sick of it because I just flat out don't like orgies [they'd basically be pwp, which I find remarkably boring.] So yes - a bit biased.

I am tired of the idea that multishipping would solve everything. Multishippers are just as often guilty of character and ship bashing as OTPers.

So no. You are welcome to enjoy orgies, but they're not going to solve anything.
