Oh, I see. I didn't think of that for some reason. d: I'm very, very sick of capable female characters dismissed as Mary Sues, almost as much as I'm sick of female characters being written purely to be Relationship Sues.

yeah you just can't win either way, and sometimes i wish the term 'mary sue' would die

it's usually a distraction from the actual issues anyway
