Re: Real Life Things You Hate That Everyone Else Seems to Love
(Anonymous) 2013-06-21 06:10 am (UTC)(link)I can stomach baked potatoes just to be polite at someone else's table, but ugh they're so awful. Even so, after a point my stomach and body just says "NOPE", even though I'm pretty sure it's just a personal aversion to taste and texture.
Also, yeah, fuck sports. The library hours here are so messed up, and at my college they built a new fucking tennis court right next to the Astronomy telescopes lol. That was a few years ago, and now I think the Astronomy dept. has gotten better facilities away from the light pollution, but that was still two years of virtual uselessness. (The value of Astronomy is up for debate, but it still grinds my gears when ~Athletics~ gets to bowl over everything else without question)
