Well Superman is an alien who only outwardly looks human. How far does that resemblance go? Do we know he even has a wang? For all we know on Krypton the males get pregnant and the female has a penis. Hell, Lois could be in for a real shock when she sees the Supervagina. Of course that theiry falls apart when you realize Powergirl ought to have three really big bulges instead of two.

Still, do we really know what Supergenitalia looks like? This could be an interesting wedding night trying to get part A into part B, or even clamping over Part B and twisting to the left...or Parts A, B, and C trying to get Lois to turn around the jacking into her kidneys. Maybe Japanese eyeball sex is what Kryptonians do....I have put too much thought into this now.

In at least a few sources it's been suggested that Kryptonians and humans have a common origin but one of the reasons for Kryptonian super strength is Krypton is just a higher gravity world which would not really make them evolve different genitalia, and in the Christopher Reeve Superman movie you see baby Kal-el totally naked. So... Probably their outward anatomy is identical to humans.

Baby Ka-el is totally starkers for a bit of the new superman movie too - all hanging out with baby wang. That kid will, for sure, hate his parents some day.
