Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal Lecter. I love Mads, too, but not enough to erase 20 years of loving Hopkins in Silence of the Lambs. Seems I'm the only one anymore :(

I don't like Hannibal period! I never got into the movies OR the TV show. But I do think Hopkins is the more iconic of the two.

i really don't think you're alone. i thought it was generally agreed that Anthony Hopkins was awesome as Hannibal Lecter?

unless there are some young whippersnappers in the fandom causing a ruckus...

I've seen a lot of people bashing him since the TV show came out, even people that only watched the first couple of episodes. Which is most people since the ratings peaked with the pilot...
