How do I revive my old Neopets account?

Is there any way to do this if I've forgotten the fake birthday I used, other than requesting a ticket, which I did some months ago and never received any response to?

I'm not sure if that's even possible. o_o (I lost my account to the ages and forgot all info that could give me access anyway.)

You should provide as much info about your account as possible, so that they can be sure it's yours. If they believe you and you get a nice person on your ticket, they will give you back access and set your birthday right.

No, about every 6 months or so I send in a ticket for my old account (that's banned for some reason??? idk why. inactivity???) and I never even get a response :/

back in the day a prayer to a dark god was all that you needed to get in touch with the staff

Do you know if you faked the entire birthdate or just the year? Depending on your account settings, it may be possible for someone else to retrieve the age the site thinks you are.

darn the ol' fake birthday trick. I had to create a new account because of it. I didn't care about my pets though so it didn't really matter to me; I'm just there for bullseye and beach volleyball.

Ahahahah. Are you me? Just yesterday I was attempting to log into my old Neopets accounts, that I haven't touched in a few years. Managed to get into my main; still can't remember the password or birthday I used for my side account. =__=

Were you actually able to submit a ticket? I tried, and it said I needed to be logged in to submit one, at which point I sat and stared at my screen for a bit because that's the problem you idiots.

Yeah, that made me boggle and facepalm for a bit, but go to the link that says "Neopets Passthrough 2" and sign in. Good luck getting a response, though...
