Some of us do understand, believe me. Unfortunately, reasons for wanting to stop taking your meds-- no matter how valid, logical or correct those reasons are-- doesn't change the fact that going off them cold turkey without professional assistance will mess up your body's chemistry even more and will actually make it harder to do what you want to do.

You probably can get off the meds. If you really want to be off them and you believe you can manage on your own, then I for one am not arguing with that. But doing it on your own is choosing the option that's least likely to succeed and nobody wants that for you, OP.
