Celebrity crushes are pretty normal. As long as you don't suddenly forget what "boundaries" are and start stalking him or wishing bad things upon his spouse, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

A simple crush is nothing to worry about and you shouldn't feel tore up about it at all imo. And it's better than having a crush on someone who's taken that you know personally because there's a very small chance you're ever going to interact with them and feel/act awkward as hell.

But it's OK. It's just feelings/ attractions. As long as you don't do anything wrong like stalk him, you're not hurting anybody, including yourself.

I'd suggest, if you can, that you try to think about what this crush says about your inner needs and feelings. This is really about you more than him, married or not. Why does he appeal to you so much? Whatever the answer is, it's OK, it just might help you feel a little more in control of this. :)

So long as you're not a stalker (and you're clearly not!) try not to worry too much. Most crushes pass eventually, so enjoy while you can, in appropriate ways. :)

Hey, I'm the OP.

I've actually been trying to think about all the where/what-did-this-come-from sort of things since I realised I had the crush at all; part of it was what made me start hating myself about it at all.

I'd meant to be a bit more explanatory in the secret, but I became limited by potentially-legible space.
