[Picture is Italy and South Italy from the anime/manga "Hetalia: Axis Powers".]

When I started reading the manga I imagined they sounded like Bob and Doug McKenzie from SCTV (yes, I am aware of how little sense that would make). I find it difficult to watch the anime because their voices sound wrong to me.

I always have headcanon voices for the characters in the books and comics I read, but this is the first time something like this has happened.

Not having known that they're Italy/South Italy before reading the comments, when I just looked at their faces, the McKenzie bros voices kinda worked for me... They look low-key and goofy at first glance, anyway.

As a SCTV fan and a Hetalia fan, I don't really have anything to add here than - !!!!. I'm just happy to see both in one secret.
