I find it ridiculous that there are only two women. Even for Final Fantasy, that's an impressive amount of pretty boys.

Wow that's pretty unfair considering that all three FFXIII games have female leads. And so far the last one seems to have 4 recurring characters with 2 females and two males.

(Yet it pains me to defend FFXIII I must admit)

Yeah, I like my pretty boys in JRPGs as much as the next gal but my first thought after seeing the E3 trailer was "Wait, are there any girls in this game at all?" The men/women ratio in this game seems ridiculously skewed.

I'm surprised that so many people were male/female ratio after the E3 trailer, because since I can remember, the promo for Versus/XV, from the beginning, showed Noctis and his group of friends and Stella. That was it. To me it was pretty clear that we're probably not going to have more female characters in that group (with four or five already being shown as male).

Honestly, I didn't remember any girls being in the first trailer... its been so long. But I figured there would be at least more female supporting characters.

I only remember the focus being on Noctis and Stella, in some sort of "star-crossed lovers" kind of way... but who knows, they might add more supporting characters :)
