I suggest posting a general notice on whatever your site is, if people check out your name / about you / etc. In this, you could say you no longer respond to comments, but appreciate all your readers, or something like that. It will let you off the hook of answering (or maybe even reading if you can avoid), without having to say you HATE reviews. :)
