Nothing. I've been in a miserable place for over a year and now that I'm on antidepressants and feeling a lot better I really want to start writing again! I'm just scared to start in case it turns out I'm still blocked and too critical of myself.

I recommend starting with something ridiculous and silly. I know the feeling of getting back into writing after having not for a while, and I found that it's so easy to just let myself write when I have no expectations of myself :D

I really know the feeling and it sucks, anon, but I can promise you - It will get better. You don't feel like it right now, and you'll probably won't believe me, but the inspiration will return.

It probably won't be as a rush at first. More like a dripping faucet. But it will come back <3 Please treat yourself kindly, because being too critical of oneself is like shooting yourself in the foot.
