Don't be. There are a lot of people who give Liam a ton of shit, but he did an excellent job. An amazing one if you consider the situation he had to walk into.

I never got this. Never. Andy HAD to drop out, there was no other choice. It's not like Liam came along and stole the role from him. He pretty much made it possible for the series to continue and it was and is such BAD manners and so disrespectful to try and say Liam would NEVER be their Spartacus/Andy was The Only One/blahblahwhine.

Yeah. There are so many people who do that shit on the Spartacus tumblr tag, I have no idea what else the show "should" have done instead. Just let all the other people involved in the series go? Andy gave them his blessing to recast the role, and I think he approved of Liam too? He may have been cast after Andy passed away, I don't remember.

Liam apparently did have Andy's blessing. I remember him saying so in an interview with People.

I would never be giving Liam shit in anyway, that's just stupid and yeah, bad fan manners.. I'm just wary of the disappoint with a different actor.

p.s. I doubt that kind of people could deal with Doctor Who. XD
