(Anonymous) 2013-06-26 01:32 am (UTC)(link)That said, I really advise against using Chrome anyway - it's not adapted well at all for Macs. Safari is ideal (since it's actually designed for Macs), but if you don't like that, Firefox would be the next best option, though it has a hard time with Flash, and works best with addons like AdBlock and RAMback.
Also, don't download anything that says it'll clear your Mac of viruses - there are only one or two Mac-targeting malware programs out there, and they come from downloading those things. It's like MacBlaster or something, I forget, but they're keyloggers designed to dupe you into giving your credit card info.
