Stiles' fear of Derek would make the whole thing dubcon at the very least. That, and the chemistry between Derek and Ms. Blake is awesome and I can't wait to see what happens.

Um, Ms. Blake is canonically scared of Derek, too.

Don't get me wrong; I'm digging their incipient relationship, too. But if you personally consider Derek/Stiles dubcon because Stiles is afraid of Derek, then you really have to consider Derek/Jennifer dubcon, as well.
