Is there really that much overlap between Twilight and SPN fandoms? People keep saying there is but I'm not seeing it. SPN was running on its own steam well enough before Twilight, and the Twi-Moms seem to be more into 50 shades.

I like to think most of them grew wiser and now violently deny that period of their lives. Others have moved on to other fandoms that embrace that brand of weird.

And the rest are waiting patiently for the next big fad through which to express their obsessive tendencies in the most embarrassing way possible.

The only Na'vi-kin I knew of have moved on to being faeriekin. Not because that's the Inherently Natural Course of Nature(tm), but because those specific people are flaketastic assholes who change everything about themselves every three months.

If I had to guess, probably most serious Na'vi-kin just stopped talking about it. Or never talked about it in public to begin with. I mean, no offense, but you've got to be kind of a masochistic idiot to broadcast that too freely on the internet, where harassing the shit out of Weird People is a routine thing people do over their morning coffee and lox on a fucking bagel. It's not even specifically a TROLL thing, so just. Hide. Like a smart person.
